Returns Policy

At Reveal Rooster UK, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. However, if you are not entirely satisfied, we’re here to help. Our policy is designed to be simple, fair, and fully compliant with UK consumer law.

1. Your Right to Cancel (The "Cooling-Off" Period)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason.

  • Notification: You must inform us of your decision to cancel within this 14-day window.

  • Return Window: Once you’ve notified us, you have another 14 days to physically send the items back.

  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging.

2. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at Hello@cappstan.com with your order number and the items you wish to return.

  2. We will provide you with a Return Authorisation and the correct return address.

  3. Package the item securely. We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your item and inspect it, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • Processing Time: If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or receiving proof of postage).

  • Shipping Costs: We will refund the basic shipping cost you paid at the time of purchase. If you chose a premium delivery service (e.g., Next Day Express), we only refund the cost of our standard delivery.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Change of Mind: If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

  • Faulty or Damaged Items: If the item is faulty, not as described, or damaged upon arrival, we will cover the return shipping costs or provide a pre-paid label.

6. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty:

  • Personalised or custom-made items.
