I wanted an alternative to just giving a card with money in it, or a card saying I got you something that isn't possible to wrap. These are great and make for a fun way of giving a gift with a little more surprise and substance. I used them for Xmas presents for family and for stocking fillers for my husband.You can write whatever you want on the quality cards (and very nice gold envelopes that feel heavy and lush) and then you stick the gold star over the writing and the recipient has to scratch off the star to see their gift / surprise. They are a good size, so you can write plenty as long as you handwriting isn't huge, and this makes them versatile and functional for many different occasions.You get 10 cards in the set, so they are also value for money.

Not specific to holidays or gender reveals, these are just great generic 'scratch to reveal' cards.Simple to prepare yourself, you write your secret/surprise on the card then place a foil star over it, ready to be scratched off by the recipient.Cards are fairly plain, white with flower outlines and SCRATCH TO REVEAL on there, so they could be used for anything. Your message can be then written in the circle to be covered over.Comes in a tight-fitting yellow envelope, which is itself quite small and could then be put in a larger more specific card if preferred.Great for the purpose, and great to have 10 to hand, good value indeed.Nice quality card as well, very useful to have.

These cards are a nice alternative to the usual gift cards. I like the fact that you can write your own message.I gave these for out Christmas using them as clues for a present hunt.The card and envelopes are decent quality, and the scratch sticker star peels easy and sticks well.The one down side is that the envelopes have no sticky on them. So just used sellotape instead.

I’ve thought a few experiences for Christmas rather than gifts and these create your own scratch cards are a great way to share the gifts. You write what you want to reveal on the card then cover it up with the scratch able sticker. I really like these and as you get a set of 2, it’s great value for money!

Currently doing chemo and once complained and beat BC I plan to a make a suprise holiday for my kids and partner as a huge thank you for all the support they are giving me. Saw these and thought they would be perfect way to suprise each and everyone one of them personally.Was actually suprised at how well made the cards are, all you have to do is write your suprise inside the circle than stick oh the scratch sticker over the top and pop it into the envelope to give to whom ever it is intended for. I did try a card out to see hell well the scratch section was on this and its scratches off really well. The gold design on these is really lovely and gives that luxury glam look. The envelopes are good size and found it OK to slide into although there is no way to seal the back of the envelopes but I plan to put a bit of tape on them.Of time of review the price is £14.99 for 10 which I feel is reasonable value for money for creating personal reveal scratch gift cards.

Used these to surprise my nephew with a christmas gift. Great design and easy to scratch off. Will deffo be getting more next time!
